MONDAY MAY 12TH:

9:00 AM Star Application Process Begins Speaking Judges Meeting Speech Manuscripts Due Area Officer Applications Due Proficiency Apps, Lonestar Apps Begin.  John Justin and Ryan Mott due.  Riley Harrison due.

 

10:00 AM Star Application Interviews Begin John Justin/Ryan Mott Scholarship Interview Begins Speaking Contests begin Area Officer Applications Scoring Begins

 

11:00 AM Incoming/Outgoing Area Officer Meeting/Lunch

 

 1:30 PM Incoming Area Officer Exam Writing Prompt to follow Interviews to begin upon completion of apps and tests 

 

1:00 – 3:00 PM Talent Team Meeting/Sound Check (at SFA Ballroom) TURN IN LYRICS etc by the Friday before convention 5pm for review. 

 

3:00 -5:00 PM Area Officer run through (SFA) Top 3 District Officers meet for Flag Ceremony (SFA) 

 

TUESDAY MAY 13, 2025 8:00 – 8:45 AM Delegate Sign In 

9:00 AM Convention Begins.

  

Also, John Justin, Ryan Mott and Area Officer Apps - you must have your kids share them with you off of Kaleidoscope so you can print them and bring them.

 

TXFFA Scholarship corrections are due May 8th so I can submit them (see previous email).

 

I will work on judges list next week.  District Presidents, I need a list from you for speaking judges, 1 area officer app judge, 1 area officer interview judge, 3 Stars judges, proficiency judges and lonestar help.
